Sanjay Khullar

A highly motivated and an influential entrepreneur, Sanjay Khullar acquired powerful business acumen at a very young age. At an age when most professionals are finding their feet and advancing to explore careers, Sanjay began putting together his dream.

Sanjay’s introduction to hospitality began with the renowned Taj group of hotels, New Delhi with his first professional experience as a front office cashier. After the challenging experience he moved to to Welcomgroup, ITC’s hotel division where he became a management trainee under the able leadership of Mr. Sudhir Andrews of the Oberoi school of management fame.

For the next 18 months, he learnt all the nuances of the industry while training in all the major departments of the hotel at the chains flagship hotel, the Maurya Sheraton, New Delhi. His people skills, quick wit, business acumen and most importantly, his grasping power and willingness to learn were what always lead him to success.

Upon graduation, his first posting was as an assistant manager at the then most popular and famous nightclub, Ghungroo at the Mauraya Sheraton, New Delhi yet again another challenge he took up with passion. The Club was frequented by the best in Delhi and under Sanjay’s management it rose to greater heights. After this came along his assignment as a Banquet Manager. By now, Sanjay Khullar knew his calling. He resigned from Maurya Sheraton and with the blessings of his parents; he immediately hired a place in South Delhi where Seasons Catering Services Pvt Ltd. came to life.

Today, it is over 25 years since Sanjay first envisioned an idea to extend the access to hospitality through segments that were at the time unable to reach it. Along the way Sanjay has received tremendous personal satisfaction, learning from failures and working on his strengths, each year adding value to his external as well as internal customers.
