  • People say I can think out of the box and source fresh and the best local produce in a kitchen. I started my journey at a michelin star restaurant NOMA, Denmark. It was here, I received an opportunity of working with the world’s most famous Chef Rene Redzepi.

I have been grateful to have achieved the Pan Asian Chef of the Year 2018 award by Elite magazine in Dubai, Innovative Chef of the Year 2018 by Magicka, Best Pan Asian restaurant 2014 in Times Food and NightLife Awards, Best Pan Asian restaurant (Ai) for Food and Nightlife Great Food War 2013, Silver Medal in International Hospitality Fair 2010 Culinary Challenge, Master Chef International Cuisine Award in 2009
  • I have Represented India twice on a global platform for ‘Slow Food India Chefs Alliance’ in 2016 and 2018, Italy, to showcase Indian food.
